Adventures
There’s no place like Seabrook to enjoy the
great outdoors, and we can set you up for adventure. The Recreation Pavilion,
located at the Beach Club, is open year round, with extended hours in the
summer. Rentals are available for bicycles, roller blades, beach umbrellas and
chairs, crabbing equipment and fishing rods.
- Guided Kayak Tours
- Take a guided tour of our winding creeks
in a kayak and discover the beauty and hidden complexity of the salt marsh.
- Guided Beach Walks
- Perfect for beachcombers of all ages.
Explore our wide sandy beaches with a guide who will introduce you to our
surfside inhabitants large and small.
- Ocean Seining
- See what lives just beneath the surface of
the ocean. Your guide will show you how to cast and retrieve a traditional
seine net in the surf and teach you about the creatures that live in the
tidal zone.
- Basketball &
Volleyball
- For those who prefer to play on dry land,
we have basketball and sand volleyball courts just across the street from
the Beach Club.
Kids
Programs
At Seabrook, we take special pride in making a
vacation special for kids of all ages. Designed around the many features and
amenities of Seabrook Island, our programs are designed to provide activities
suited to every age group.
Children’s’ Programs such as Island Explorers,
Koastal Kids, Monday Night Munchkins and Wednesday Night Owls help children
explore Seabrook the way it should be explored and include outdoor activities
such as crabbing, beach walks, swimming, fishing, clamming and bike excursions.
Indoor activities include games and arts & crafts.
- Youth Programs
- Designed for ages 13-17, activities
include Teen Pool Jams & Beach Parties, Tournament of Champions, and youth
arcade happy hours.
- Family Programs,
including "Seaside Adventures, and “Family Fun Game Night”, Holiday Programs,
our Children’s Playground and Game Room round out the activities for all ages.
